(I) Peanut butter cake 

 

What you need:

Peanut Butter

Vegetable Oil

Wheat flour

Baking Soda

Carrots

Honey (Optional)

 

How to make:

  1. Take a bowl and whisk together the dry ingredients so there are no knots – Wheat flour and Baking soda 
  2. Add in the wet ingredients slowly and whisk consistently to form a smooth batter – Peanut Butter, Vegetable oil, and Honey 

(Honey is optional – it gives a sweetness to the cake without the addition of excessive sugar. It might also help in smoothening the texture of the cake and in making it softer. However, it is not fundamental for the success of the cake and hence can be avoided)

  1. Shred your carrots and add them to the batter – this increases the nutritional value of the cake 
  2. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius and grease your baking pan generously 
  3. Pour the batter into the baking pan, even it out, and bake for half an hour
  4. Your peanut butter dog cake is now ready to eat!
  5. You can top the cake with a little more peanut butter and small dog treats to make the cake delectable for your dog 

 

(II) Strawberry Cake

 

What you need:

Chopped Strawberries – 1 cup 

Mashed strawberries – Half a cup 

Wheat flour – 1 cup

Baking soda – 1 tbsp

Plain Yoghurt – 2 tbsp 

Milk – 2 tbsp 

Honey (Optional) – tbsp 

 

How you make it:

  1. Whisk wheat flour and baking soda until you get a knot-free flour mixture
  2. Add in plain yogurt, mashed strawberries, Milk, and Honey (Optional)
  3. Mix them well until it is a smooth mixture
  4. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius and grease your baking pan generously 
  5. Pour the batter into the baking pan, even it out, and bake for about 20 minutes or until it is not sticky 
  6. Top the cake with a generous amount of chopped strawberries and the cake is ready!

 

(III) Coconut Honey cupcake 

 

What you need:

Coconut oil

Almond flour 

Yogurt 

Honey 

Baking Soda

 

How you make it:

  1. Mix coconut oil, almond flour, honey, and baking soda in a bowl until they are smooth 
  2. Bake for about 15-20 minutes 
  3. Top it with yogurt and serve it to your dog!
