Refund Policy

• Full cancellation: you get a full refund of the amount paid.
• Partial cancellation of a multi-day or discounted booking: we refund the unused days after adjusting any discount that was given for the longer booking. Example: if you booked 10 days at a discounted rate and cancel after 5 days, the 5 days used are charged at the regular rate and the balance is refunded.
• Timeline: refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
• PawSpace wallet: instead of a refund, you can choose to keep the amount in your PawSpace wallet and use it for any future booking.
