Cancellation

Plans change, and that is fine. You can cancel any PawSpace booking at any time. As of now, there is no cancellation fee — this applies even if you cancel within 24 hours of your service or after the service has started.

To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or call 99969 99505, or cancel in the PawSpace app.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is free. Tell us your new date and time on WhatsApp, by call (99969 99505) or in the app, as early as you can, and we will confirm the new slot.
