Refund Policy
A full refund of your amount will be initiated from our end and might take up to 72 hours to process in your account, or you can maintain a PawSpace wallet with us where the amount will be credited, which can be used for other services in the future with us.
Incase of Full Cancellation
If there’s full cancellation, the amount will be refunded completely. Kindly share your bank details with us and our team will initiate the refund.
Incase of Partial cancellation
In the event of a partial cancellation, the refund will be initiated only after adjusting the discount. For example: If you book a service for 10 days but wish to cancel after 5 days, a refund will be initiated after adjusting the discounted amount.
PawSpace Wallet
Incase of cancellation, we provide the option of a PawSpace wallet(if you do not wish to take a refund) which means you can decide if you want to transfer the amount to the wallet which can be used to avail our services in the future
