If there’s a cancellation from a pet sitter or pet walker, we provide full support from our end. Every booking made by you through PawSpace includes reservation protection. We will arrange and help you find an alternative, if you don’t want an alternative a complete refund of your amount will be given.
PawSpace Wallet
In case of cancellation, we provide the option of a PawSpace wallet(if you do not wish to take a refund) which means you can decide if you want to transfer the amount to the wallet which can be used to avail our services in the future.
