Reservation Protection
Every booking made through PawSpace includes reservation protection. If your groomer, sitter, walker, host or trainer cancels, we will arrange an alternative. If you do not want an alternative, you get a full refund within 7 business days, or wallet credit if you prefer.

PawSpace wallet
If you prefer, we can credit the amount to your PawSpace wallet instead of refunding it. Wallet credit can be used for any PawSpace service in future.
