Cookie Policy
Last updated: 1 November 2026
This policy explains how TK Petcare Solutions Private Limited (“PawSpace“) uses cookies and similar technologies on pawspace.in and in the PawSpace app. It is part of our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device by a website. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, local storage and software development kits (SDKs) in apps. We call them all “cookies” here.
2. Cookies we use
| Type | What it does | Examples | Needs your consent? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Keeps the site working and secure: page loading, forms, login, fraud prevention, remembering your cookie choice | WordPress, hosting and security cookies; Razorpay on payment pages | No: the site cannot work without them |
| Analytics | Tells us how the site is used so we can improve it | Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity (which can record how pages are used, with form fields masked) | Yes |
| Advertising | Measures our ads and shows PawSpace ads to people who visited our site | Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel | Yes |
| Functional | Remembers preferences such as city | PawSpace site settings | Yes, where not strictly necessary |
These providers may process data outside India; see section 6 of the Privacy Policy.
3. Your choices
When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you Accept all, Reject non-essential or Choose by category. Reject is as easy as Accept. Analytics and advertising cookies are not set until you accept them. You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and limit ad personalisation in your Google and Meta account settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
4. How long cookies last
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Other cookies last for the period set by the provider (for example, Google Analytics cookies up to 2 years), unless you delete them. We keep data from analytics and advertising cookies only as long as set out in our Privacy Policy.
5. Children
Our Platform is for adults. We do not use cookies to track or target advertising at children.
6. Changes and contact
We will update this policy when we change the cookies we use. Questions: connect@pawspace.in, or the Grievance Officer named in the Grievance Redressal Policy.
Interim section 3: Your choices. We are introducing a cookie preference tool. Until it is available, you can refuse analytics and advertising cookies by blocking third-party cookies in your browser, using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and adjusting ad settings in your Google and Meta accounts. You can also ask us not to use your data for advertising by writing to connect@pawspace.in.
